Get Inclusive Launches AOD Student Wellness Training

Starting March 15th, 350 colleges and universities around the country will receive access to Get Inclusive’s new flagship AOD Student Wellness Training program as part of its unlimited Student Site License package. This multi-course program will include foundational undergrad and grad training courses, as well as sanctions, and ongoing training courses.

Designed to upgrade and replace legacy AOD training programs like AlcoholEDU and e-Chug, the AOD Student Wellness Training program, will also support the migration of existing longitudinal data from these older programs to enable continuity in annual impact reporting.

“Our AOD Student Wellness Training program has been one of the most important projects we’ve ever worked on at Get Inclusive. The existing training products on the market have grown outdated in format and methodology, and we saw an opportunity to meet a huge need for our institutional customers,” said Jeremy Beckman, Head of Product at Get Inclusive.

The development of the AOD Student Wellness Training program was supported by Dr. Alan Berkowitz, Brittany Todd (Texas Tech University), Jeannine Kreme (Boston College) and Ron Price (Chattahoochee Tech).

Get Inclusive’s new training program is designed to help learners:

  • Identify risky behavior associated with alcohol and drug use and misuse
  • Identify effective ways to intervene in high-risk situations
  • Explore setting and expressing personal boundaries associated with alcohol and drug use
  • Identify personal values, beliefs, attitudes, and motivations associated with alcohol and drug use
  • Evaluate the risks associated with alcohol and drug use and misuse
  • Evaluate the risks associated with alcohol and drug use and misuse
  • Describe key laws, policies, and regulations associated with alcohol and drug use
